Cotton Twill Fabric
Cotton Twill fabric is constructed using a complex weave where the weft thread passes over one or more warp threads, then under two or more, with an offset between rows. Its surface exhibits characteristic diagonal parallel ribs and a uniform matte finish, rooted in the specific stepped progression of the twill pattern. This unique structure delivers a durable, strong textile, highly resistant to tearing and creasing.
This Cotton Twill was curated by hand, selected specifically for its defining diagonal grain structure and tactile density, offering exceptional structural definition. Utilising state-of-the-art PBR capture, the textile’s fibrous nuances and physical characteristics are accurately digitised. Meticulously post-processed and tiled, this ensures seamless continuity and pixel-level map detail. Validated across various lighting conditions, this texture set is optimised for detailed upholstery modelling and high-fidelity digital apparel.
