Our Unlimited Membership plans are designed to give you creative freedom. We want you to experiment, try different assets, and find the perfect fit for your projects without worrying about token counts or individual costs.

However, 'Unlimited' refers to the creative freedom to use assets for your projects, not the permission to replicate our servers. We have poured years of dedicated craft into building this service, and we must protect its integrity against misuse. To ensure the stability of our service and fair access for all members, we enforce a Fair Use Policy.

How Unlimited Works

With a Superellipse Unlimited plan, you enjoy:

• Full Access: Download any asset from our library of Pro, premium, and free assets
• Commercial Licensing: Any asset you download and use in a project is yours to keep using commercially, even if your subscription ends.
• Creative Freedom: Download multiple variations to see what works best for your scene.

Restrictions & "Mirroring"

Unlimited plans are intended for human users creating digital art, architecture, and design. They are not intended for building a personal offline database of our entire catalog.

We do not permit "Mirroring" (downloading large portions or the entirety of the library for local storage).

Usage Guidelines

Enforcement & Security Checks

If we detect a pattern of unusually high download activity or automated scraping, account restrictions will be applied automatically to preserve and protect service stability.

1. Verification Mode: If your download volume is flagged as unusually high—significantly exceeding typical creative workflow patterns—your account will trigger a safety protocol. You will be required to complete a Security Check for every subsequent download, and your account activity will be flagged for review.

2. Temporary Cooldown: To ensure fair access for all members, accounts that reach extreme volume limits within a short timeframe will automatically enter a mandatory cooldown period. During this time, download access will be temporarily paused until the security flag resets.

3. 7-Day Restriction: If excessive usage continues despite these warnings, or if "mirroring" behavior is detected, your account may be restricted from downloading new assets for up to 7 days.
4. Account Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke access without warning if we detect the use of bots, scripts, or credential sharing.

"What Does Normal Use Look Like?"

Most creators download anywhere from 10 to 200 assets per month as they work on active projects. This range varies widely based on project scope and workflow—there is no hard limit.

Our systems look for patterns that suggest mirroring or automation rather than creative use, regardless of total volume. If you are downloading for a real project, you have nothing to worry about.

A Note on "Ownership"

Your commercial license for any asset you download is permanent and remains valid even after your subscription ends. However, the convenience of re-downloading assets from our platform requires an active subscription. Unlike individual product purchases, unlimited subscription downloads do not appear in your permanent Order History after your membership lapses. We recommend keeping local backups of assets you're actively using in projects.
