Heavy-duty basketweave fabric is constructed by interlacing multiple warp and weft yarns in a balanced over-and-under geometric pattern, forming a dense, structural textile. The tactile surface reveals a pronounced, checkerboard-like grid, rooted in this magnified plain weave structure that creates a uniform surface relief. The integration of robust, compact-spun fibres establishes a substantial, tightly woven framework and an intricate tactile hand.
This basketweave fabric was sourced by hand, selected specifically for its prominent interlaced grid and structural density that establish a distinct tactile depth. Utilising state-of-the-art PBR capture methodologies, the material's surface nuances are accurately digitised, post-processed, and tiled for seamless continuity. Validated across various lighting conditions, this texture set delivers a photorealistic representation optimised for upholstery and architectural visualisations.
