This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Superellipse_ ("we," "us," or "our") will provide refunds for Digital Asset purchases and membership payments made on superellipse.co (the "Site"). By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy as well as our Terms of Service and any applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital Asset Purchases
• Non-Download Refunds:
If you purchase a Digital Asset and have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once a Digital Asset has been downloaded, the transaction is considered complete, and no refund will be issued.
• EU Consumers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a Digital Asset or a Membership within 14 days from the date you receive order confirmation—provided that no download has occurred from your account.
If you initiate a download during the cooling-off period, you expressly waive your right to cancel and request a refund for that purchase.
If no download occurs within the 14-day period, you may cancel your purchase and request a refund.
Refunds will not be available for EU consumers once a download has begun, except in cases of file errors (as described below).
• File Errors or Defective Files:
Our first priority is to ensure you receive a usable product. If a Digital Asset is found to contain an error, is defective, or the file is not retrievable, please contact us immediately.
For One-Off Purchases: If we are unable to provide a corrected file for a standard Digital Asset purchase, you may request a full refund for that individual asset.
For Members: As membership fees are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for individual file errors. Instead, if we are unable to provide a corrected file, we will offer a fair remedy, such as a partial credit or a discount toward your next membership renewal, at our discretion.

Membership Payments
• Refund Eligibility:
Membership payments are strictly non-refundable once any Digital Asset has been downloaded from your account. The act of downloading an asset constitutes full delivery of the membership service for that billing period, and you acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund.
• Annual Membership Downgrades:
If you have purchased an annual membership in error, you may request a downgrade to a monthly membership within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, provided no digital assets have been downloaded. After this 14-day period, annual memberships cannot be downgraded or refunded and will remain active for the full 12-month term.
Please note: Accidental annual purchases requested for refund/downgrade are subject to a £6 administrative fee to cover non-refundable bank charges. We offer Full Store Credit as a free alternative to avoid this fee.
• Cancellation Process:
To cancel your membership and prevent any future charges, please log in to your account and visit https://superellipse.co/apps/memberships.
Requesting a Refund
• For Digital Assets:
- To request a refund for a Digital Asset (whether because it has not been downloaded or due to a file error), please contact us at hello@superellipse.co using the email address associated with your purchase.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
• For Memberships:
For membership downgrade requests or other issues, please contact us at hello@superellipse.co with your order details. Refunds for memberships are not possible once an asset has been downloaded.
To cancel your membership to avoid future charges, please visit https://superellipse.co/apps/memberships.
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of our decision. If your refund is approved, we will process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights
• Non-Waivable Rights:
While your agreement to our Terms of Service governs our refund practices, statutory consumer rights (such as the EU’s cooling-off period) cannot be waived.
• Immediate Delivery Consent:
For Digital Assets and Memberships, by initiating a download, you consent to the immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel and request a refund (except in cases of file errors).
• Jurisdictional Considerations:
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those in the European Union. In cases where local laws provide additional protections, such rights will apply.
