Lacquered MDF Olive
Lacquered MDF starts as an engineered board, wood fibres bonded with resin under heat and pressure into a dense, uniform panel with no grain or figure of its own. That flat, fine-textured surface is sanded smooth, then built up in successive thin coats of pigmented lacquer, each curing to a hard, solid film before the next is applied. Because the substrate carries no open pore structure to follow, the finish reads as an even, solid colour with a tight, fine surface texture rather than any wood grain relief.
These PBR texture maps carry that smooth, closed surface through the normal and roughness data, while the included clearcoat layer reproduces the even lacquer reflections that form over the flat fibreboard base. Made for use across high-end furniture, cabinetry, and contemporary interior visualisation, the set is validated across lighting conditions.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
