Cotton Panama fabric is crafted by weaving groups of two or more warp threads over and under an equal number of weft threads, forming a structure known as basketweave. Its surface features a distinctive, uniform checkerboard pattern and inherent tactile texture, stemming from the unique grouping of warp and weft yarns. This specific basketweave construction delivers a resilient, slightly looser material with defined dimensional depth.
This Cotton Panama was curated by hand, selected specifically for its open basketweave structure and defined visual grid, imparting exceptional textural realism and depth. Utilising state-of-the-art PBR capture, the textile’s fibrous nuances and true-to-life characteristics are accurately digitised, then meticulously post-processed and tiled to ensure seamless continuity and pixel-level map detail. Validated across lighting conditions, this texture set is optimised for your detailed upholstery renders and delivering impactful visual narratives.
