Denim fabric is fabricated from strong cotton yarns woven in a twill structure, defining the textile by characteristic diagonal ribs. The surface displays a diagonal grain structure with contrasting coloured warp and weft threads, intrinsic to the specialized twill weave. A post-weave washing process softens the hand and creates a subtly faded colour profile, contributing to its worn aesthetic.
This Light Denim was curated by hand, selected specifically for its visible diagonal grain and soft, worn texture, imparting a casual, tactile aesthetic. Utilising state-of-the-art PBR capture methodology, the textile’s fibrous nuances and real-world characteristics are accurately digitised, then meticulously tiled for seamless continuity. Validated across various lighting conditions, this texture set is a true-to-life representation, optimised for your photorealistic digital drapery and high-fidelity close-ups.
