This guide explains how team memberships function on Superellipse, covering the roles of Team Admins and Team Members in accessing premium assets.

Information for the Team Admin

The Team Admin is the individual who purchased the team membership and manages team access.

• Understanding the Team Access Code: A unique Team Access Code  is generated upon the purchase of a team membership. This code is the key to allowing others to join the team.
• Locating the Team Access Code: The Team Admin can always find this essential code on their Team Dashboard page or in the original order confirmation email.
• Granting Access - Method 1: Empower Self-Sign Up (Recommended): The Team Admin shares the Team Access Code with individuals they wish to add.
• Self-Sign Up Steps for Invited Individuals: Individuals take the code to the "Join Your Team" page on Superellipse (superellipse.co/pages/join-your-team). They will need to log in (or create a Superellipse account) and enter the provided code to link to the team.
• Granting Access - Method 2: Direct Member Management (Optional Admin Feature):  The Team Admin has the ability to directly add or remove team members here via the Team Dashboard page, by using the Superellipse account email address of the intended member.
• Managing the Team Subscription: The Team Admin can manage the team's subscription details through their main Account Page.
• Important Login for Admins: For subscription management and exercising admin privileges, the Team Admin must log in with the email address used during the original purchase of the team membership.

Information for Individuals Joining a Team (Team Members)

If a Team Admin has invited an individual to join their Superellipse team, the following steps outline how to connect and gain access.

• Step 1: Receive the Access Code:The Team Admin will provide a unique Team Access Code.
• Step 2: Visit the Joining Portal:Navigate to the "Join Your Team" page on Superellipse (superellipse.co/pages/join-your-team).
• Step 3: Log In & Enter the Code:Log in to an existing Superellipse account or create a new one if needed. When prompted, enter the Team Access Code received from the Team Admin.
• Step 4: Access Granted:Upon successful code entry, the individual becomes a Team Member and gains full access to explore and download all premium assets included in the team's membership.
• Team Member Account Details:It is important for Team Members to use their correct email address when signing up for or logging into their Superellipse account.
• Managing Team Connection (Optional Member Feature):(If this feature is available) Once part of a team, a Team Member may be able to manage their connection to that team (e.g., leave the team) via their account settings, potentially accessible from the Team Dashboard page.
• Using Premium Assets as a Member:As a linked Team Member, individuals can browse and download premium assets directly from the Superellipse library.

A user can only be assigned to one team at a time. Please check that the requested member is not currently assigned to another teams access. The user has the ability to leave the other team via their own 'Team Dashboard' page

To confirm if a team member was successfully added - Please ask them to log in and check their account page for the 'Team' section.
