This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or change your recurring membership (subscription) on superellipse.co (the "Site"). For the purposes of this policy, "membership" is synonymous with "subscription" and grants you recurring access to Digital Assets. By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service, in addition to any applicable consumer protection laws.
Membership (Subscription) Cancellations
When you purchase a membership (subscription), your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select.
You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future recurring charges. To cancel, please log in to your account and visit https://superellipse.co/apps/memberships.
Cancelling your membership will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are eligible for a refund (for example, if no Digital Assets have been downloaded and the cancellation is requested within 12 hours of purchase), please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at hello@superellipse.co for further details.
General Cancellation
One-time Digital Asset purchases are delivered immediately upon purchase and are final. Cancellation is not applicable for these purchases.
If you experience issues such as defective or irretrievable files, please refer to our Refund Policy to request a refund for the affected Digital Asset.
