Large Arc Fluted Glass Frosted
Frosted large arc fluted glass is created in a two stage process. First, molten glass is pressed into a mould to form wide, concave flutes. The patterned surface is then abraded through sandblasting or acid etching. This dual treatment combines the light distorting fluted shape with a light diffusing frosted finish, creating a translucent, structured material.
This seamless 4K PBR material uses a detailed normal map for the fluted geometry and a high roughness value for the frosted finish. It correctly simulates anisotropic reflections stretched across the flutes, which are then diffused by the matte surface. Ideal for privacy screens and architectural features, it offers a sophisticated material balancing bold geometric form with a soft, translucent quality.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
