Powder Blue Milky Glass Frosted
Milky glass is formed by suspending opacifying agents in molten glass, causing internal light scatter for a characteristic translucent glow. A subsequent sandblasting or acid etching treatment is applied to create a diffuse, non reflective finish. This combined process creates a material with both internal luminosity and a soft, matte exterior that further diffuses light.
This seamless 4K PBR material simulates the internal light scattering of opal glass by setting transmission weight to zero and subsurface scattering to a high value. The frosted quality is achieved with an elevated roughness value, creating a diffuse, matte exterior. Presented in a curated Powder Blue hue, it is tailored for designer lighting and decorative objects, delivering authentic translucency with a soft, tactile finish.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
