Lacquered Beech Wood Vivid Blue
The beech surface is sanded smooth before successive thin coats of pigmented lacquer are built up, each curing to a hard film before the next is applied. The coat is left unfilled, so beech's fine, straight grain and pore structure remain present as real surface relief beneath the colour, rather than being levelled away. What reads at the surface is solid, even colour carried on the wood's own texture, with the lacquer following the timber's structure rather than concealing it.
These PBR texture maps preserve that relationship: the normal and clearcoat data follow beech's fibre structure beneath the pigment rather than describing a smooth, filled film, so reflections break across the grain the way they do on the physical finish. Made for use across furniture visualisation and contemporary interior design, the set is validated across lighting conditions.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
