Oiled Ash Wood Coral
Oiled ash wood is prepared by abrading the timber smooth, then working penetrating oil into the surface so it soaks into the open grain rather than sitting on top as a film. The oil deepens the wood's natural tone and leaves the fibres exposed to touch, producing a low, even sheen instead of a sealed shine. Ash's straight grain, with its occasional wave, stays fully visible through the finish, since oiling saturates the fibres without concealing their structure.
These PBR texture maps carry that penetrating-oil character in the roughness data, where the low, even sheen sits directly over the grain's fibre-level detail rather than smoothing it away. The set is made for use across furniture, wooden decor, and contemporary interior visualisation, with validation across lighting conditions.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
