Lacquered Beech Wood Candy Red
Lacquering begins with sanding the beech smooth, then builds up successive thin coats of pigmented lacquer, each cured before the next is applied. The coat is left unfilled, so beech's fine, straight grain and small pore structure remain present as real relief beneath the colour rather than being levelled away. The result is a solid, evenly coloured surface carried directly on the timber's own texture.
These PBR texture maps preserve that relationship: normal and clearcoat data follow the beech's fibre structure beneath the pigment rather than describing a smooth, filled film, so reflections break across the grain as they would on the physical finish. The set, validated across lighting conditions, is made for use across furniture visualisation and contemporary interior design.
Optimized for Metallic/Roughness workflows. (Note: For Specular/Glossiness workflow, simply invert the Roughness map inside your render engine).
These dimensions serve as guidance, ensuring realism and consistency. All assets are encouraged to be used flexibly and can be scaled accordingly to suit different scales or art-directed scenarios.
